Not every seller wants the highest price

Zahrany Zawahir · 1 min read

Not every seller is aiming for the highest price. In this market, I see many choosing speed and certainty instead. Rising costs, pressure to close, or timing in their own portfolio often matter more than holding out for a premium.

That's what starts shaping the deal. Pricing becomes more realistic, timelines tighter, terms more flexible.

If you're buying, this is where your positioning matters. A motivated seller creates opportunity, but the strongest offer is not always the highest. It's the one that gives certainty the seller can rely on.
